Individual Therapy

One-on-one therapy paced to you, drawing on Somatic Experiencing, IFS-informed parts work, and trauma-focused psychotherapy.

This work is for you if you're navigating:

  • Childhood trauma or emotional neglect

  • Complex and developmental trauma

  • Abuse, violence, or betrayal trauma

  • Childhood sexual abuse

  • Dissociation or feeling disconnected from yourself

  • Attachment wounds and patterns that keep repeating

  • Anxiety, hypervigilance, or chronic dysregulation

If you've tried therapy before and felt like the talking helped but the body stayed stuck — this approach works differently.

I work with clients across the UAE, India and globally.

Group Work

Being witnessed by others who understand is something individual therapy cannot replicate. I offer small, carefully held support groups for people navigating specific wounds.

Current groups focus on:

  • Healing the Mother Wound — for those navigating the complex grief, anger, and longing that comes from a difficult relationship with your mother

  • Betrayal Trauma — for those healing from deep violations of trust by someone they depended on for safety

  • Attachment Patterns in Relationships — for those ready to understand and shift the relational patterns that keep repeating across friendships, partnerships, and family dynamics

Groups are kept intentionally small to ensure safety, depth, and real connection.

Workshops

Organisations are increasingly aware that performance, retention, and team culture are inseparable from the psychological wellbeing of the people within them. Yet most workplace wellbeing interventions stay at the surface.

My workshops go deeper.

Drawing on trauma-informed practice, nervous system science, and somatic approaches, these sessions give teams and individuals practical, evidence-based tools — not just awareness, but the ability to apply what they've learned in real time.

What the work draws on:

  • Nervous system regulation and stress response science

  • Trauma-informed communication and relational dynamics

  • Somatic tools for managing pressure, reactivity, and burnout

  • Attachment theory applied to workplace relationships and leadership

  • Boundary clarity and psychological safety

Who these workshops are for:

  • Leadership and management teams

  • HR and people teams

  • Organizations committed to building psychologically safe cultures

  • Teams navigating high-pressure environments or significant change

Workshops are designed collaboratively — tailored to your organization's specific context, culture, and goals. Available for organizations across the UAE and globally.

To discuss a workshop for your team, use the contact form below.

Be sure to include all the relevant details users will want to know, like pricing, duration, and location. If they'll need to prepare or bring anything with them, let them know here. Give users an idea of what to expect from the service and tell them how to book it.

Supervision for Early Career Therapists

The early years of clinical practice are formative in ways that aren't always fully supported. You're finding your footing, developing your clinical identity, learning to sit with what clients bring — often while carrying your own material.

I offer group supervision for early career therapists, with a particular focus on trauma, attachment, and working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

This space offers:

  • Clinical thinking and case discussion

  • Support for what the work stirs in you

  • Focus on trauma, somatic, and parts-based approaches

  • Thirteen years of clinical experience to draw on

A space to develop your clinical identity and find confidence in your own therapeutic voice.
